Gorgeous Shoes / Amazing Customer Service
I purchased the gorgeous Rosalind heels for a wedding I attended and unfortunately lost one of the straps somewhere from dancing to my barefoot drunken walk back to the hotel! I contacted the Sophia Webster customer service team and immediately got a response from Victoria, inquiring for more information so she could work out a resolution. Thankfully she was able to order replacement straps for only £30, all within a week of my original request. She has been so sweet and helpful throughout the email conversations. Love these shoes, love the customer service, and looking forward to my next purchase from SW!

Love Love Love My New Sw Shoes
Treated myself during the sale, just too good not to. Bought the Butterfly Platform Espadrille and Ziggy Biker Boot, Im a size 38 and these are a perfect fit, sometimes I worry that SW shoes might be a little tight for me but these arent, the sizing is spot on. They are beautifully made and look gorgeous, Im even wearing them at home as Im not going anywhere!! I purchased online and had a great experience from the website sale through to my lovely local DHL driver.

Great Customer Service And Beautiful Shoes
I’ve purchased Sophia Webster shoes from various stores and but this was the first time I ordered them directly from the manufacturer. I received my order quickly and they looked just like the picture on their site. I ordered two pairs for sizing and contacted customer service to cancel one of them. They responded quickly and issued a refund for one pair. I will definitely shop with them again.

Sent My Stuff To Someone Else
I placed an order on the web site from Sophia Webster for a pair of the Chiara heels there was 1 left in my wife’s size and I got them. Or so I thought. After getting a notice that the shoes had shipped DHL kept showing that a label but no merchandise. 6 days later it hadn’t changed . Contacted support who said they would look into after crediting my shipping which I didn’t even want and then never responded . 2 days later I got on Chat and was told that they sent the shoes to someone else and are giving me a refund !! they had no more in that size so there was nothing they could do and offered me a 10% coupon . No offer of any way to solve this no info on who it was sent to and if it could be gotten back, or even info on when new merchandise my be in stock. Just “oops, we gave it to someone else , here’s a coupon to buy more stuff from us that we may or may not send you.” Atrocious

Beautiful Shoes Excellent Customer Service
I am DEFINITELY a shoe aficionada. I find Sophia Webster shoes to be purely delightful. They’re kind of like candy in shoe form. I always like to see the original sketches and what inspired them. The shoes happen to be pricey, so they’re a splurge unless you can either snag them on sale or have money to invest in indulgences. I have only had positive experiences with this company. The quality is superb and they use a top notch shipping company. No complaints. I would highly recommend this brand to fellow shoe lovers.

Brought Some Trainers In The Sale Last
Brought some trainers in the sale last week went on chat on Friday to be told would be dispatched on Tuesday, went on chat again yesterday to be told would be dispatched still nothing so messaged them today for them to say theres damage to the shoe have a refund a week to then cancel the order then offered 20percent off full price, no the first pair didnt come!! the company didnt let us know Ive had to contact them 3 times!!! Explained on the chat there communication and customer services is poor !!

Beautiful Shoes And Great Service
I purchased the espadrilles from the website, they arrived 2 days earlier than expected delivery time which was great. Based on previous experience when buying shoes online from other retailers I asked for help on sizing a spoke to Jayne, she was really helpful on giving advice depending on what type of shoe I was interested in. The espadrilles are fab, they are gorgeous and fit was perfect. Since then I bought a pair of heels the dolphins and went a size up and again perfect fit and they are absolutely wonderful. Really gorgeous shoes and great service.
