I ordered a pair of yeezys from goat spending over 800$ I waited 5 days for an update as it kept saying they were waiting for the seller to ship the shoes.. after 5 days I opened a complaint ticket asking them to cancel my order if they did not ship that day as I needed them for a birthday.. they did not even respond to my email just updated the status to arrived at goat after waiting another 5 days I opened another ticket voicing my concern that they just updated the ticket to keep me quiet I got a response 2 days later saying that I had caused THEM confusion by opening another ticket when I had to because they labeled my first resolved when it was not!! They told me I would hear from them in another 48 hours.. I waited and still had no update.. goat has now had my shoes verifying them for over week! So reached out because I hadnt heard from them in 48 hours like they claimed I would. I got no response or even apology.. just an update from ups that my shoes have finally shipped over 2 weeks later when it is supposed to take 10 days to get your shoes. I am appalled.. please beware when thinking about using this site! They are not true to their word nor care about customers.

I was totally bummed as these were the only pair .. after I put in my request for a refund I was promptly responded to and given the best service possible.. while I didn’t get the shoes I wanted I was refunded within days of the refund request . The sneakers they messed up.

Bad App To Use As A Buyer
It is extremely annoying that customer service takes so long to get back to you on an active order, especially when Im spending $2500. I received an email saying what I bought were replicas, I had every intention of buying what I knew were in the pictures, asked customer service if the seller sent the sneakers in the pictures, with no reply for 48 hours and they automatically cancel my order and refund me my payment without me being able to have knowledge on whats going on or my own input because I knew what I was buying. The variation of the sneakers I wanted arnt even listed on this app and theyre being deemed as replicas most likely. As a buyer I am highly upset on how this transpired and I would not recommend doing business with this app. I will post updates if this is resolved. Now I have to wait 5 days for a refund when I was waiting for a response for customer service to proceed with the orderI finally get a reply 3 days later, and customer service is saying they do not provide details that outline why the sneakers are relicas. I ordered Zen yeezy promo samples, which arnt even listed on the stupid app. These promo samples are being deemed fake most likely because this company does not have the knowledge of the sneaker or the seller didnt ship the pair in the pictures. I find something VERY suspicious going on here when Im trying to order a rare unknown sneaker. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM AS A BUYER OR A SELLER!!
Too Many Issues With The App & Nike
Ordered Concord 11s. While trying to order the app kept stating my home address and my parents address were both invalid addresses. I finally got it to accept my parents address. My shoes were shipped out. The app said the tracking number was Fedex. Later found out was a UPS tracking number. After I was finally able to track my package, UPS said my address was incorrect. I called and told them it was not and that they delivered to the address plenty of times. Long story short, my shoes were never delivered. UPS lost the package some time over the weekend after I called them to update my address. Once they found the package, they sent it back to Nike instead of delivering them to me. I had been looking forward to getting these shoes all year and now I do not have them. Nike customer service is horrible. I asked if I could just repurchase my shoes that got sent back to them because I did not request them to be sent back and it was UPS fault losing the package and not attempting to deliver the shoes at all. They simply said there was nothing they could do and most of the customer service reps were pretty rude at that

What A Joke
Nike shows all the future releases and gives you a notify me option but it doesnt really matter because you can NEVER get the shoes you really want. I have everything set up with fingerprint recognition and the second they go on sale push purchase and always end up in line. After 3-8 minutes of waiting in line I get a message saying the shoes are sold out in my size and I should pick a different size and try again. Are you serious?!? Theyre shoes. Its not a flavor of ice cream. I wear a certain size and thats it. Why would I want a different size? But dont worry. Nike will reserve shoes for you that they think youll like. Its just weird that they only reserve shoes that are widely available and dont need to be reserved. Im a true sneakerhead and want to buy shoes that I can wear, not that I can resell to make a profit. Its an absolute joke the way its done and Nike doesnt care as long as they get their money. Dont waste your time with this garbage app. It will only frustrate you to see the shoes you actually want being bought up by resellers. Im just wondering when Nike is gonna start selling clown shoes because thats how they run this app. What a joke.
