Finally Refunded By D& g
After 4-5 weeks of constant communication with the online customer service i finally got refunded by them. There are still some items i would order online but i am afraid to go through the same bs that i would never wish anyone who want to order online from D& G. let alone threatening them. Hopefully travel restrictions will be lifted soon and i can travel to buy in their boutiques in Europe instead of choosing the online store. in the end i really dont understand how such a prestigious brand can act like that when it comes to refunding customers or treating them the right way. All these bad comments here reflect something that should be the wake-up call for them. D& G get better before you completely ruin your own reputation.

Never order from them if youre expecting to get your parcel in time. They Charged me £25 additional for Next day delivery and the item never arrived yesterday. Reached out the Customer care team and they refused to refund the amount and said their Terms say it is not actually next day. Lol. The item actually gets processed and that takes them 3 days to process and then the package arrives after 3/5 days! Missed my nieces birthday today out of embarrassment as the parcel still not here! Worst customer service ever! I called customer service last week to ask a question about the coat I have ordered online and she was extremely rude. I believe her name was Ally? She seemed distracted by whatever she was doing and it sounded like she was working from home. Anyways, I received the coat today which was over $3000 and it has some defects. it looks like they sent me a coat that was a already used and returned. I reached out to customer service about my concerns and it seems like she didnt even read my email. Her email sounded like an automated response. Im extremely disappointed with the quality and the service that Ive received Im just going to return the coat tomorrow. Hopefully the return process wont be as difficult! Im never going to buy anything from D& G ever again!
